Workspaces
How workspaces organise everything — your personal workspace, creating shared ones, switching, renaming, and adding a logo.
What a workspace holds
Everything in Crawlie Cloud belongs to a workspace: its projects, reports, custom rules, members, and its plan and crawl credits. Members of a workspace share all of it.
Your personal workspace
Signing up creates one automatically, named after your email. It starts on the free Hobby plan and works like any other workspace — you can upgrade it, or keep it as a personal sandbox and do team work elsewhere.
Creating and switching
The workspace switcher lives at the top of the sidebar. Create workspace gives you a fresh one (on the free plan — upgrade it separately), and the switcher searches and swaps between all workspaces you belong to. Each workspace’s plan shows right in the switcher.
A common setup for agencies: one workspace per client, so each client’s projects, rules, and billing stay cleanly separated.
Renaming and branding
Owners and admins can rename a workspace and upload a logo (PNG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG, up to 512 KB) in Settings → Members.
Deleting a workspace
There’s currently no self-serve workspace deletion. A workspace you solely own is removed when you delete your account; to remove one without deleting your account, email us and we’ll take care of it.
