Manage your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a workspace's plan, switch to annual billing, and find your invoices.
Where billing lives
Settings → Plan & billing — one subscription per workspace, managed by the workspace owner (admins can buy top-ups, but only the owner can change the plan). Payments run through Stripe; we never see your card details.
Upgrading
Pick a plan and monthly or annual billing (annual saves ~20%), and check out. The new plan’s credits and limits apply to the workspace straight away.
Invoices, cards, and plan changes
Manage billing opens the Stripe billing portal for the workspace, where you can:
- download invoices and update billing details,
- change the payment card,
- switch plans or billing interval,
- cancel the subscription.
Cancelling
Cancel via the billing portal. Your paid plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then the workspace moves back to Hobby. Nothing is deleted — projects and reports all stay — but Hobby’s limits apply again (3 projects, 1 seat, 1,000 pages per crawl, no schedules), so schedules stop running and extra members lose access to paid features.
Prepaid top-up credits are yours — they never expire and survive plan changes, including a move back to Hobby.
