Report retention & deletion
How long reports are kept, how to delete them, and what happens to reports when projects or accounts go away.
Retention
Crawl history is retained per plan: 3 months on Hobby, 1 year on Pro, 2 years on Business, and unlimited on Scale and Custom. During the beta these limits aren’t enforced — nothing is auto-deleted today — and when they go live, reports older than your plan’s window will be removed, so export anything you want to keep forever. Upgrading extends the window for everything still in your workspace.
The one exception either way: anonymous free scans are deleted after 7 days if unclaimed.
Deleting a report
Delete any report from the report viewer or the Reports list. Deletion is immediate and permanent: the report data is removed from storage, and any public share link for it stops working. There is no trash or undo — if you might need it later, download the JSON export first.
Deleting a project
Deleting a project removes its schedule, alerts, and search index, but keeps its reports — they become unattached reports in your Reports list. Delete those separately if you want them gone too.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account permanently removes every workspace you solely own, including all of its reports. See Delete your account.
