Delete your account
What account deletion removes, what survives in shared workspaces, and the steps to do it.
Before you delete
Two things to check:
- Active subscription? Cancel it first in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing, so nothing keeps renewing. See Manage your subscription.
- Anything to keep? Export any reports you want — deletion is immediate and there’s no recovery window.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your user account, sessions, and API keys.
- Every workspace you solely own — including all of its projects, reports, rules, and share links.
Workspaces you share survive: teams owned by someone else keep all their data and simply lose you as a member. (If you own a shared workspace and want the team to keep it, contact us about transferring ownership first — email us.)
How to delete
Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, then confirm. The deletion runs immediately.
A note on data
Anonymous scan rate-limiting stores IP addresses only as salted hashes, and deleting your account removes your reports from storage — not just from the UI. Details in the privacy policy.
